Although I picked something else to preview for you here, I found this guy's portrait work to be awefully intense. I love it. I'm not a big fan of portraiture, but in this case, I'll allow it.

I don't know anything about art in a technical manner, but that person's style is unique and dynamic. I love the dark thick lines and the use of cross hatching and geometics to create shadow and texture. Really nice work.
